Nubanusit Neighborhood This community located near beautiful Peterborough, New Hampshire is open to people of all ages. Nubanusit is a co-housing community, a concept where certain facilities and attitudes are shared. Robson Ranch If you are looking for an established and stable active adult community near Dallas/Fort Worth you should check out Robson Ranch. Robson Ranch has been named one of the best 100 Master Planned Communities. Century Village One of the main east coast rivals to Sun City has always been Century Village. This one is a giant with amazing facilities like a 1600 seat theater and a 145,000 sq. ft. clubhouse. Century Village is in Deerfield Village (east coast of Florida).
